Product Related Description
The intelligent vortex flowmeter is mainly used for the flow measurement of various media in industrial pipelines, such as gas, liquid, steam,etc. The intelligent vortex flowmeter features low pressure loss, wide measurement range, high accuracy, and is almost unaffected by parameters such as fluid density, pressure, temperature, and viscosity when measuring the volume flow under working conditions. With no moving mechanical parts, the intelli-gent vortex flowmeter has high reliability and requires little maintenance. The instrument parameters can remain stable for a long time. The intelligent vortex flowmeter adopts piezoelectric stress sensors, which are highly reliable and can operate within a working temperature range of-20℃ to +450℃.It has both analog standard signals and digital pulse signals output, making it easy to be used in conjunction with digital systems such as computers. It is a relatively advanced and ideal flow meter.
Main features
·Imitate Germany’s advanced circuits and software, with good repeatability
·No moving parts, long-term stability, simple structure and easy to install and maintain;
·The sensor output is a pulse frequency, and its frequency is linear with the actual flow rate of the fluid being measured. The zero point has no drift and the performance is very stable. The structure is diverse, including integrated and split flow sensors;
·High accuracy, usually the measurement accuracy of liquid is ±1.0%, the measurement accuracy of gas is ±1.5%, and the range ratio is up to 40:1;
·Wide measurement range, up to 1:20 within the Reynolds number range of 2x104-7x106;
·The pressure loss is small (about 1/4~1/2 of the orifice flow meter), which is an energy-saving flow meter;
·High working temperature, medium temperature can reach 350℃
·The installation method is flexible and can be installed horizontally, vertically and at different angles according to the different process pipelines on site;
·No need for debugging, easy to install, high quality and low price
·Solid structure, high mechanical strength and durability
·No moving parts, longer life than turbine flowmeter
·The generator is small in size and is far more energy-saving than the orifice flowmeter.
·The watch body is made of stainless steel and has strong corrosion resistance.
·Adopts interference cancellation circuit and anti-vibration sensor head, which has certain anti-environmental vibration performance;
·Using ultra-low power consumption single-chip microcomputer technology, one 3V10AH lithium battery can be used for more than 5 years;
·The software corrects the nonlinearity of the instrument coefficient to improve measurement accuracy;
·EPROM is used to protect the accumulated flow from power failure, and the protection time is more than 10 years.
Structure and working principle
If a non-streamlined vortex generator (bluff body) is installed in the fluid, two rows of regular vortices will alternately be generated from both sides of the vortex generator. This vortex is called a Karman vortex street, as shown in the figure:
