The OBLDEB type electromagnetic flowmeter is suitable for measuring the volume flow of conductive liquids and slurries in closed pipelines, such as clean water, sewage, various acid, alkali and salt solutions, slurry, ore pulp, paper pulp and liquids in the food industry, etc.

working principle
When a conductor moves in a magnetic field cutting magnetic field lines, an induced electric potential will be generated in the conductor. The magnitude of the induced electric potential is proportional to the effective length of the conductor in the magnetic field and the speed of the conductor moving perpendicular to the direction of the magnetic field. In the same way, when the conductive fluid flows vertically in the magnetic field and cuts the magnetic induction force lines, it will also generate an induced electric potential on the electrodes on both sides of the pipe.
Technical performance indicators
·Protection grade
IP65: Anti-spray type, allowing the faucet to spray water on the sensor from any direction, the water spray pressure is 30KPa, the water output is 12.5L/min, and the distance is 3m.
IP68: Submersible type, working in water for a long time.
The protection level should be selected according to the actual situation. If the sensor is installed below the ground and is often flooded, IP68 should be selected. If the sensor is installed above the ground, IP65 should be selected.

The design, production and testing of OBLDE type electromagnetic flowmeter comply with "JJG-1033-2007 Electromagnetic Flowmeter".
