The OBAI-DC-800 intelligent multi-parameter transmitter is a high-performance pressure transmitter that adopts advanced sensor technology. A new type of transmitter integrating differential pressure transmitter, temperature acquisition, pressure acquisition and flow accumulation can display working pressure, temperature, instantaneous and cumulative flow on-site. It can also automatically compensate for the temperature and pressure of gases and steam, and realize the function of on-site display of standard flow rate and mass flow rate. It can be directly used in conjunction with differential pressure flowmeters.

·LCD dot matrix Chinese character display, intuitive and convenient, simple and clear operation;
·Small size, multiple parameters, and can be connected to a variety of throttling devices to form an integrated flowmeter, such as orifice plate, V-cone, elbow, Annubar (velocity averaging tube), pitot tube, K coefficient, differential pressure flow, wedge-shaped orifice plate, balanced orifice plate, side cone orifice plate, round orifice plate, etc.;
·The differential pressure and static pressure sensors of the transmitter are made of high-precision monocrystalline silicon material, with 7 temperature points and 17 pressure points linear dynamic compensation. At the same time, static pressure dynamic compensation is implemented for the differential pressure sensor to ensure an accuracy of ±0.05% FS;
·Double overload protection diaphragm design, single-phase overvoltage can reach 42MPa, which can reduce the probability of sensor damage due to installation and misoperation;
·Differential pressure range ratio can reach 100:1, wider adaptability;
·It can be connected to Pt100 or Pt1000, and uses a multi-element temperature compensation algorithm to perform detailed temperature characteristics acquisition and calculation compensation on the differential pressure and static pressure sensors, so that the temperature performance is within ±0.04%/10k, and the temperature effect changes little;
·The transmitter fully dynamically compensates the outflow coefficient, fluid expansion coefficient, gas compression coefficient and other parameters of the throttling device, which improves the range ratio and measurement accuracy of the throttling device, and the range ratio can reach 10:1;
·Built-in natural gas compression factor compensation algorithms include AGA8-92DC and SGERG-88, which comply with natural gas measurement standards;
·When measuring steam, automatically determine saturated steam and superheated steam based on real-time pressure and temperature, and implement dynamic compensation of steam density based on the thermophysical properties of water and steam in compliance with IAPW-97 standards;
·Can simultaneously display: fluid medium, instantaneous flow, cumulative flow, differential pressure, temperature, pressure and other parameters;
·On-site configuration or remote configuration of important internal parameters to facilitate operation and maintenance;

This product complies with the ISO5167-2003 international standard. The steam density compensation is based on the IAPW-97 thermophysical properties standard of water and steam. The natural gas compression factor calculation supports the AGA8-92DC algorithm and is compatible with the SGERG-88 natural gas compression factor calculation method.
·Accuracy grade
The differential pressure measurement accuracy reaches ±0.04% FS, the pressure is ±0.1% FS, and the temperature is ±0.1°C. With the dynamic compensation algorithm, the overall flow measurement accuracy of the system can reach 0.5%~1.5%, meeting the requirements of most industrial process control and trade transfer occasions.
·Protection grade
The protection level of the whole machine reaches IP67/IP68. The double-chamber structure design effectively isolates the electrical and wiring parts to prevent dust intrusion and short-term water immersion.
