The LUXB series helical vortex flowmeter is a velocity-type flowmeter used for precisely measuring the flow of gas media. It features high measurement accuracy, good repeatability, wide measurement range, simple installation, convenient maintenance, long service life, and easy operation and use. More- over, the instrument takes into account the compressibility of the gas. The changes in volume and medium temperature and pressure directly convert the working condition flow rate into the standard condition flow rate, ensuring the accuracy of the measurement.
This instrument is suitable for gas measurement in fields such as petroleum, chemical engineering, aerospace, scientific research departments, and the chemical industry. It can be used for the measurement and measurement of gases such as natural gas, coal gas, propane, air, and ammonia, as well as for trade measurement among users and process control in industrial production.

·High measurement accuracy, good repeatability, and wide range ratio, up to 1:15 (or wider);

·Intelligent integrated design, which can dynamically detect the temperature and pressure of the medium, perform automatic compensation and compression factor correction, and directly display the gas temperature, pressure, instantaneous working condition volume, instantaneous standard condition volume, as well as working condition cumulative volume, standard condition cumulative volume, and battery capacity;
·Advanced dual-power micro-power consumption high-tech, low power consumption of the whole machine, it can not only rely on the internal battery to work stably for a long time (lithium battery can be used for 5 years), but also can be operated by an external power supply;
·Large-screen backlit LCD display (only when powered externally), enabling clear and intuitive readings in dark environments;
·The instrument can output pulse signals or 4-20mA standard analog signals according to user needs; it adopts the RS485 interface MODBUS protocol, which can be matched with a dedicated MODEM to build an automatic meter reading management system through the network, with a high degree of automation;
·Can output IC card quantitative pulse signal and use it with IC card controller;
·Using EEPROM data storage technology, the set parameters can be saved for a long time after power failure. Double backup calculation of important data, important data is stored in two memories at the same time to ensure data security;
·Automatic alarm when the internal battery is low (≤3.2V) to remind the user to replace the battery in time;
·Automatically save data during unexpected power outages to prevent data loss;
·The external circuit is isolated from the main circuit, and the isolation voltage is up to 1000V;
·The product adopts anti-static and lightning protection circuits and reliable electromagnetic compatibility design;
·The instrument has explosion-proof function and explosion-proof mark ExdbllCT6Gb (intrinsically safe type); the flowmeter housing protection grade is IP66.
Structure and working principle
Flowmeter structure
The precession vortex flowmeter has a compact structure and is mainly composed of a shell, a vortex generator, a sensor (temperature, pressure, flow), a rectifier and an integrator. The structural principle diagram is shown in the figure below.

External dimensions
The overall dimensions of the flowmeter are shown in the figure below. Dimensions not noted in the figure are listed in the table. The flowmeter adopts flange connection. The flange size complies with GB/T9119-2010 flange standard.
