The OBLWQ series gas turbine flowmeter is a new type of precision measuring instrument with high precision and high reliability, which is provided to users by our company through meticulous research and development based on years of experience in the design and production of turbine flowmeters. This flowmeter is suitable for the measurement of various single-phase gases and is an ideal product for gas measurement in urban gas, petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy and other industries.


Main features

·High measurement accuracy, good repeatability, wide range ratio, up to 1:20 (or wider);
·Using pure imported bearings and instant oil injection system, the flow meter has low friction resistance, good sealing and long service life;
·Adopt carefully designed reverse thrust structure and unique structure to ensure the reliability of long-term operation of the bearing;
· Built-in protection circuits such as lightning protection, surge protection, and pulse group suppression, and the external output interfaces are electrically isolated, with strong anti-interference and good reliability;
·Adopt high-precision digital temperature sensor and digital pressure sensor, and the digital pressure sensor has its own temperature correction function, which has high pressure detection accuracy, good long-term stability and small temperature drift;
·Resistant to strong magnetic interference and can prevent gas theft;
·Intelligent integrated design can dynamically detect the temperature and pressure of the medium, and perform automatic compensation and compression factor correction, directly displaying the gas temperature, pressure, instantaneous working condition volume, instantaneous standard condition volume, as well as working condition cumulative volume, standard condition cumulative volume, and battery capacity;
·Advanced dual-power micro-power consumption high-tech, low power consumption of the whole machine, it can not only rely on the internal battery to work stably for a long time (lithium battery can be used for 5 years), but also can be operated by an external power supply;
·Large-screen backlit LCD display (only when powered externally), enabling clear and intuitive readings in dark environments;
·The instrument can output pulse signals or 4-20mA standard analog signals according to user needs;
·Can output IC card quantitative pulse signal and use it with IC card controller;
·Adopts RS485 interface MODBUS protocol: it can be matched with a dedicated MODEM to build an automatic meter reading management system through the network, with a high degree of automation;
·Using EEPROM data storage technology, the set parameters can be saved for a long time after power failure. Double backup calculation of important data, important data is stored in two memories at the same time to ensure data security;
·Automatic alarm when the internal battery is low (≤3.2V) to remind the user to replace the battery in time;
·Automatically save data during unexpected power outages to prevent data loss;
·The external circuit is isolated from the main circuit, and the isolation voltage is up to 1000V;
·The instrument has explosion-proof function and the explosion-proof mark ExiallCT4Ga (intrinsically safe type); the flowmeter housing protection grade is IP65.
 

Structure and working principle

The flowmeter consists of a gas turbine flowmeter base meter and a display instrument, as shown in Figure 1. The base meter includes a housing, a rectifier, and a movement (including important components such as turbine temperature sensor, magnetic sensor, pressure sensor, and backflow fluid).
